Vildanden should be moved to ceased airlines (end of 2011). And while you are doing this put Halcyonair (or Halcyon Air) on that list as well. Last but not least there are some airlines listed in the posts above which have not been moved yet. Just in case the weather is the same as here and you want to stay inside with nothing better to do  ;)

Edit: got more
Air Brasil (2012)
Jett8 (2012)
Click Airways (2009)
Kabul Air (2011)
ACG - Air Cargo Germany (2013)
Evergreen International Airlines (2013; just recently  :'( )

Might be not complete yet but I'm looking into the cargos now ;)

I see ANA is listed as a ceased airline.  This would be shocking news to them seeing as they're still selling seats on their 787 Dreamliners.  ;D

AirTran, Aurela, BH Airlines, Eznis Airways, Intersky, North American Airlines, Ryjet & Transaero also ceased.

Also Other airlines such as Air France Regional, Arkefly 7 Jat Airways have now rebranded, but I guess these will be updated when the packages get updated.

Estonian Air

Unfortunately Estonian Air is no longer operational, so it can be moved to ceased airlines.
(Estonian air is now replaced by Nordica(aka. Nordic Aviation group))

I am not sure if I noticed or missed one, but I flew for
American Trans Air (ATA)  based out of KIND... we had L1011's, B757-?, B727-200 and 100, old days B707 and 2 DC-10's.   One of the DC-10s caught fire at the gate at KORD I think, but that was years ago...   Before ATA was born George Mikelsons owned one B720 Then one B707 and few under the name of Ambassadair.  This was a all inclusive club.  I cannot remember the Crest that was on the tail...  that was 40 plus years ago.. but I would like to see old ATA in there...  most other Flight Sim websites have the old fleet...  just curious.  Capt.
